What are your customer support hours?


We usually resolve support requests within 12 hours, but we’re working to bring that time down in the near future!

What payment methods do you support?

We currently accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, American Express, Discover, and JCB, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Diners Club.

PayPal is coming soon, and we're also looking into adding more ways to pay to keep things simple for you!

Do Ohmex products meet standard safety requirements?

ο»ΏYes, all of our products are fully certified to international standards, including FCC, CE, and RoHS.

Does your wireless charger work with both iPhone and Android phones?

Indeed they do!

Our wireless chargers support all phones that have wireless charging capabilities.

Will I be able to charge other smartwatches and earbuds with the three in one chargers?

As of now our three in one wireless chargers will be able to support all devices that have wireless charging capabilities.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free shipping on all orders because we think you deserve it. Orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 days, so you can expect your package soon.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location.

Do you ship battery-powered products like powerbanks?

Yes! We use dedicated shipping lines that comply with international regulations for lithium-ion batteries, so your powerbanks and chargers arrive safely.

What is your Return Policy?


Our return policy allows requests within 14 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We’re also working on adding more flexible return options.

What is the timeframe for submitting return requests?

You can submit Return Requests within the first 14 days after the arrival of your shipment.

What should I put into my returns request?


When submitting a return, please use Return Request in the subject line, explain whether the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, attach photos or videos as evidence, and include your order number for faster processing.

How long does the return review process take?

Once we receive all the required information, we typically review return requests within 12–24 hours. In some cases, we may need additional photos, videos, or details from you, which could extend the review time.

What happens once my Return Request is accepted?

Once your Return Request is accepted, we guarantee a full refund.

You can choose to get refunded to your original payment method or you can opt to go for store credit instead!

Refunds to bank accounts usually take 7–12 business days to appear, the best part is that you get to keep the product!
